What is the best way to clean your disc brake rotors if they pick up a bit of dirt?

The easiest way is to give them a quick squirt with a garden hose.

If it's more serious than a bit of dirt (eg road grime) iso-propyl alcohol is the best stuff. You can buy it at Bunnings.
