Campagnolo Ultra-Torque BB30 adapter choice

Postby colenargo » Tue Jan 21, 2014 8:51 pm

Hi all, I am looking to install a Campagnolo ultra torque crankset into a standard bb30 frame. The two options I am looking at are the Wheels Manafacturing Adapter and the Campagnolo Adapter. It look like the wheels adapter goes over the top of the already installed bearings, while the campagnolo adapter requires you to remove the bearings.

This is the wheels adapter

This is the campagnolo adapter

Has anyone tried either of these solutions and have any advice? cheers!

id hold out for the PraxisWorks conversion bb, much more solid then the above too.

They should be coming out with a campy compatible one soonish.

wow, according to that wheels mfg adapter, you would then have 4 bearings in the bottom bracket.
Thats interesting.

My first choice would be a Praxis one, if they made one.
2nd would be the campy adapter.
