I WILL be going back to full wired.

Sigma wireless is Showtime.
Wholeheartedly agree. Cateye w/less works fine for me.

My Garmin is superb, but I guess that works the speed out from GPS if there's a problem with the wireless.

The GPS is not much good for HR or cadence.

To date (12 months):

1 x Garmin Edge 305 ingress of rain water. Unit replaced;
1 x GSC 10 sensor failed (known fault). Four months later still waiting for a replacement from Garmin Australasia;
1 x GSC 10 sensor failed in the last three days (same fault as the first one);
1 x HRM transmitter failed (known fault). It has been with Garmin Australasia for nearly a month - no replacement in sight.

I am glad your Garmin is superb lukas. I hope it stays that way.

Sounds like you're having a rough trot with the Garmin, hope things get resolved.

I have the 705. HR hasn't missed a beat. The cadence is occasionally a little bit temperamental. Have not, and will not use it in heavy rain, as I'm not usually on the R3 in crap weather anyway.
