1953 malvern star auto cycle

Gid aye all. This my first entry to your forum. My question regards wheels. In particular brake hubs and rims bought a frame and girder front end want to get it back on Rd . Any links to Information etc appreciated

ID please? What ID? My seat tube ID is 27.2mm or 31.6mm depending on what bikes I ride today.thanks...
