Saw this on gum tree. Is the top tube bent?

Could be the camera angle. There doesn't appear to be a corresponding bend in the down tube, but the fork angle looks a bit wrong

Agree withbychhosis in that the photo angle makes it hard to determine. If the first image is enlarged, it sort of looks like the Head Tube angle/rake is a bit off, and I think the forks have a corresponding inverse issue. Almost looks like its had a frontal impact. The front wheel>down tube gap is also looking a fraction close, but hard without another one on hand to compare....
Honestly, I'm surprised the whole frame isn't bent considering the amount of stuff bolted to this poor little Grand Prix. On a positive note, looks like it has SunTour Power Shifters which are cool (not indexed, but have a micro-ratcheting mechanism inside, feels odd the first time, but becomes second nature). I love these shifters.
