You`ve missed it. It was sold in Aldi last month.
But you can buy it from ebay. Just input "spoke reflector tubes" in search bar. From ebay it sell 12 tubes per pack.

So after a bit of googling and seeing what was available here at the local bike shop I purchased a 2015 Fuji Traverse 1.3 disc, discounted to $800 end of financial year deal, great bang for buck.
I've been riding it everyday and liking it, a faster smoother ride then the old Sedona and a well worthwhile upgrade.
The seat had to go and I replaced it with a Acentia Pax Aura Comfort Saddle, much better. I also fitted a topeak 29er disc rack and MTX trunk bag DX, which is a much better option then a backpack and easily fits my daily needs and shopping.
So here it is...

Here are our new bikes
Brought for 500 bucks off Gumtree. 2013 Focus Planet TR 2.0
Chain driven Alfine 8
Seems standard spec, I've just added A530 spd's.
Need to trip the steerer and learn how to set up and adjust the Alfine
Cell Ultimo 1.0 brought new for 599 bucks from the store on Paramata Rd
Removed the big chain ring and shifter to convert it to 1x8 which seems ideal for the city based on today's ride. Needs a narrow wide chain ring so I can remove the front mech too
Changed the saddle for a women specific one of Nat's road bike
Added A530 spd's
Need to shorten the chain, trim the steerer and replace the crappy tyres
We went for a good test ride today. Randwick to the Opera House, lunch then round to Watsons Bay before heading back to Randwick
Apart from me popping a spoke in the rear wheel for some unknown reason (need to find a lbs near Randwick) we are both really happy with our new urban rippers. Ride positions seem spot on, gearing is good. Fast enough, confident in traffic, etc etc

Chainring: E*Thirteen guide ring (narrow wide)
Bottom Bracket: Hope Ceramic
Mounting of the guards was a bit of a job, and the front still needs a little work to look the goods (functionally their fine, but cable ties are a bit ghetto)
I also want to get a part 3D printed to mount the Fly6 to the rack directly, the piece of irrigation pipe induces a bit too much wobble for a stable picture.

It was cheap - so I won't be too sad if it gets bent/pinched.
Full length guards - a bit of a fiddle to install, and only just clear the tyres, but they've already proved their worth.
Pannier rack - More importantly the frame is long enough at the back to let me pedal without knocking the pannier with my heel.
Dynohub - SP-PD8, complete with 6 bolt disc mounting, in case it has to do duty on a disc braked bike
B&M Fly IQ light - Surprisingly effective, I was looking at a Herrmans light that has more grunt, but I'm not in a hurry to buy it now.
It has a bit of retro charm with the Adamas AX groupset too, although the front wheel was swapped for the dynohub wheel, so now it has a 700C front and 27" rear.
There are a couple of changes on the cards. Changing the brakes would give me some more clearance to play with so that I could put a 700C on the rear as well, which would allow a better choice of tyres and spares options. The cranks are 165mm, which are good for spinning, but I'd prefer my usual 175's, and if I was going to change them I might as well flog the whole groupset off complete.

The bottle cage, wheels, fork, crankset, and pedals came from dismantled bike #3.
Brakes and shifter was donated by a mate, as a payment for service on his steel bike.
Seatpost from a mate too, as tip for replacing the cranks of his carbon bike.
Handlebar grips, a donation from a mate.
Saddle, Stem, and bottom bracket are new second hand parts.
Handlebars, Chain, Cassette, chainring and RD from my bike #32 that is now running 11 speed.
I have now spent my lunch time wisely
