cont. ultra sport

commuting on these tyres, they seem to be prone to punctures. Averaging a flat every second week.
Is there anything tougher around that is not a huge increase in rolling resistance.
700*23 currently but can use 25mm.
Thanks in advance.

Ultras on spesh at T7 ATM. I was gonna ask about them as new boots for the 'Dale....WAS!

+1 for the Gators, luvvem.

...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

I had the same experience with Ultra flats every few weeks. Switched to Gatorskins & haven't had a problem since.

I quite happy commute on Continental GP4000 tyres in various guises. My experience with tyres are summarised here. I have also had a pretty reasonable run out of Vittoria Zaffiros.
