Somerville Rd, is it safe to ride?

There is an independent Subaru repair shop off of Somerville Rd. I'd like to drop the car off then ride Somerville to the city, is Somerville safe to ride?

Truck city the last time I was out that way.

Note: perception may not be reality, I was in the smokebox with the family visiting a friend who lives on that road. Took me 5-6 minutes to get outta her driveway.
