Food poisoning in Thailand last week, still feeling off so drove to work all of this week.
Just makes me realise how much I prefer to be on the bike...

Left my bike at work Friday evening, couldn't be bothered getting it over the weekend (actually, not sure I'm allowed into the building), looks like I'm doing the half hour "walk of shame" to the train station in the morning.

1. Moving house is tiring.
2. Flat tyre on roadie due to valve failure, spare tubes are packed away 'somewhere'
3. Don't want to ride other bikes, some in storage.
4. Late home last night after trip to hospital to meet new nephew.
5. Crikey it was cold this morning and haven't had energy to find winter riding kit amongst the chaos.

Maybe tomorrow?

Cause is a bit of a mystery. Possibly a stick but I'm usually careful (read paranoid) about that sort of thing

My pathetic excuse is that it is too cold. The reason that is pathetic is because I am in Perth and it doesn't get cold in Perth. People from Melbs or Canberra would be wearing shorts in this weather!

I rode in this morning. It really wasn't that cold. Next week I need to make less excuses and do more riding.

Didn't ride into town yesterday because I had the missus with me.

I rode in this morning to collect the car, because we ended up getting pissed.

Ha!

My bike seat is too low. I don't know if it has always been too low or if I have just noticed it in the last couple of months but it's really hurting to ride it that low now. That's a very lame excuse because I could just fix it :(

How much of a lame excuse would "I've just cleaned my bike and the weather forecast for tomorrow says there's a 90% chance of rain" be? #AskingForAFriend

Got a small skin cancer removed from my shin today - Dr. says don't ride unless you want a big scar. Meh.
Let's see how much I care in a day or so.

Clearing the decks in one department, starting a new job in another, bridesmaiding in the middle of it. All other aspects of being me are in ruins.

Saving myself for a 10km run on Sunday, will start commuting again next week. Haven't even ridden my new frame yet except for up and down the street :(.
