Hi
Farhana Ahmed is conducting a PhD research project with Professor Geoffrey Rose from the Institute of Transport Studies in the Department of Civil Engineering at Monash University. The research is examining the impact of different weather conditions on commuter cyclist travel behaviour. Of particular interest are changes in travel behaviour and the causes of those changes at an individual level in response to changes in weather. The research will contribute to understanding about how cyclists plan their commuting over time and how they change their travel behaviour in the face of changes in weather.
They are seeking your consent to participate in an online survey on commuter cyclist travel behaviour. Participation in this survey is voluntary and you are under no obligation to consent to participation. By participating in this survey you will help the researchers to identify ways to encourage more cyclists to ride more often.
The survey can be found here.
Regards
Andrew

I've completed it.
It only takes about 5min to go through the survey.

I work at a university so I have a bias towards supporting research. That said, I think this could lead to some interesting data so I completed the survey. Didn't take more than 10 minutes although there were 2 questions in a row which were a bit confusing as the first was a double negative.
Hopefully the research will be published, could help with services for cyclists.

did it.
oddly enough whilst delaying my ride home from work, which fits in with some of the questions.
