Thanks to a decent set of tyres i made it home

I'm not going to get into the debate about what brand of tyre is best. Everyone has an opinion. Ten different replies will probably give 8 different answers.
What i will say is that although these tyres cost quite a bit of money (car tyres can be cheaper ) if i didnt have these i would have had to walk home or call my wife to rescue me. With 12kms of my commute to go i hear click click click and come to a stop to look down and see this;
It looks like a pocket knife blade. Reluctantly i pulled it out, waited to hear the shhhhhh of air escaping but didnt! I got back on the bike and finshed the ride without losing any pressure. Still this morning it has full pressure. I've done 900kms on these tyres and still they have never left me stranded or needed any sort of tube replacement on a ride.
