Seeing as no one else wants to play, thought I would pitch in - I don't own a Honky Inc but have been looking for a rack to suit a bike with disc brakes. It's a bit hard to tell from the pics but it seems the Honky Inc has both upper and lower rack mounts & you have the usual difficulty of clearing the caliper.
Some options I have considered are
Tubus Disco. Ok so it's a stupid name, but it looks to be a reasonable design. Only rated for 20 kg though, unlike the 40kg rating of other tubus racks.

Tubus also make an
extension part for rear carriers , said to be "suitable for bikes with disc brakes" You would need to be able to bolt it at 3 points so that you don't simply make a hinge joint.

A couple of cheaper alternatives are the
Axiom Streamliner Disc DLX and the
Axiom Journey Disc. Both are made of alloy though, & while the manufacturer gives them a higher rating (50kg) that the tubus, I am somewhat sceptical. Besides it would clash with the Honky Inc steel is real image
