Had some hardware removed from shoulder and my bicep tendon moved and it needs time to heal.
Slowly going insane from not riding to work.

I had to drop my wife off this morning, so no commuting for me - I think that makes it twice this year that I have missed a day.

i got geared up to ride to work this morning.
i opened the back door to head off to work.
i closed the door, got dressed for work and caught the train in cause it was cold.

OK, it may have been borderline with a PSI of 150. Tonight it is 290. 300+ is considered hazardous. I'm sitting this one out.
