Hi Guys,
I did my first ride to work this morning. Naremburn to Alexandria.
The route google maps suggested was less than ideal.
The first problem was getting to the harbour bridge. I took West street, but ended up on Pacific Highway. Is there a way that involves less main road?
Second problem was getting through the city without loads of stop start. Admittedly this morning I had to go via the bike shop on Clarence street so that added a but if a detour. Any recommendations for getting through the city towards Alexandria with a minimum of stop starts? and preferably not too much main road?
Thanks
Jason

Try getting yourself onto Walker St. Then you can cross Pacific Highway and get onto the shared path/tunnel through to Milson's Point.
