Some of the stories you hear about exceptional licenses being granted to repeat offenders who then go on to kill/hospitalise someone just boggle the mind
Yes it is mind boggling. Which is why I believe that if judges/magistrates have discretion to make these poor decisions then they need to be held accountable for them. No discretion without accountability!
