Now the chase begins (and remember to load my rides!)

Been sick all week but still managed a bit.
May have to work all weekend also as I have way too much work on at the moment, more commutes.

Last commute day for me is likely to be next Thursday.

Well I'm down to position eight at the moment with this month being crazy I am just going to download once. I have about 350kms to load and hope that will keep me in the top 5 just.

Things have really got tight in a short space of time - Happy Riding everyone.
Not fast, no style, but still get there.

Hoping to hold on to third but it certainly takes a lot of riding to hold one's position.

I think I need some milk and the only shop that stocks it is in Wollongong.

Might ride my bike to get it ;-)

Well that's me done for the year - I got in 386 kms for December that gets me to 7962.07 km for the year which I am pleased about.

Thanks everyone for pushing just a little bit further than last year - for those closing in on position number 5 you now have a fixed target with a week and a few days to get me. Happy chasing and ride safe - see you in 2017 (which I have signed up for)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - Westab

That will probably be it for me this year unless I manage a ride to the shops or something. Off work until mid Jan and a big effort in December to try and hold on to third.

9,521.6KMs of commuting this year is way more than any previous year and more than I expected. Might go a little further next year but this is getting close to the limit.

See everyone in 2017, I won't have much 'net access after about 27 Dec.

And take your wallet... nothing worse than having to go back twice

My commuting is done.... I think since I only commuted for 6 months that I should be able to double my km.
Could be off to a good start for next year tomorrow.... trying to find room in one of the cars to get my bike home but at the moment it looks like I have to cycle, a bit of a pain as I have a 5 day bike ride on the 3rd so wanting a rest

The 2017 Challenge thread is active and sticky, we'll let this one slide.
I'd suggest copying any 2017 activity over here to keep things moving smoothly
