Places to Cycle in Lismore

Hi guys

I recently moved to Lismore and was hoping that anyone who lives in Lismore or has knowledge of the area could advise me of the nearest Triathlon Club, and any races or training groups in the district.

I also posted this in the main forum, if anyone has some insight:
If anyone could advise me of some good roads and places to ride, and which roads and places to avoid."
