Really hope all the valuable advice posted earlier hasn't vanished into the ether for eternity. Feel free to throw any useful links from the past here if they haven't died.

All has gone here http://www.bicycles.net.au/forums/viewforum.php?f=11
but as said in another post "training and racing" had info on Road,TT,Track and MTB... I vote for it to stay under training and racing...but then I only look at posts via the "view all posts since last visit" link so everything could all be under the one topic for me...depends how other people view things.

Me too - a lot (but certainly not all) of the training tips, Q's and info relate to racing; which is why I think the two topics worked well together in the same sub-forum.

We should gradually move those appropriate threads back to this sub-section. A lot has already been discussed and it's depressing to have to re-type the same.

But how great would it be to have another intellectually stimulating cadence/crank length/strength training/pedalling circles/breathing discussion?
