m7 cycle way training

Any groups go out on saturday or sunday mornings for a ride along the cycle way on the m7? would love to come along as it's a good ride but super boring by myself. thanks.

Saturday morning there is Eddie Salas Cycles ride to prestons and back, leave at his shop in Rooty Hill at 7am, back by 9am.
Dont think there is any on Sundays as everyone is out racing

Theres always the non racers on Sunday :D , but I don't see anyone at all sunday most of the time, only the rare occassional person, thats in the afternoons anyway, not sure about mornings.

Mornings are very busy on the cycleways on the weekend. 7am-10am

cool well i'll try to get out there one day on saturday. how bout parramatta park do any bunches go around there. Thanks for your help
