So have you ever had to wear armwarmers whilst on the indoor trainer?

Good old Bunnings - comes through with the goods. I can't recommend these bad boys high enough if you're forced to do indoor riding, like I am right now.

Is the power meter OK? OK, bad humour. Heal fast Ant. That's a shocker. Nice fans. You'll need 'em
Re: Headwinds! There was no thread - I had better things to do than recount what happened!
Actually, the radiologist got it wrong... wrist isn't broken. At that speed, at the swelling my wrist was at, and the soreness, and because i'd had surgery on the wrist before, they were 'looking too hard' for a fracture or something. From an X-ray and CT scan, the radiologist was convinced posterior distal aspect of right radius was fractured (non displaced), and one orthopaedic surgeon agreed based upon the CT scan. Turns out it's just the epiphyseal (sp?) fusion joint So transverse process of T5 didn't get cracked, wrist didn't get broken... apart from general htfu soreness and these tree splinters I'm still slowly picking out of my calf, i'm fine?!
