Help with my training plan

I've made up a bit of a training plan to help me reach my goals for the next few months, I've done a fair bit of research and have come across some pretty good plans to follow, but they've all been sport specific (ie. cycling, running etc), so I've had to put together something for myself since my goals are kinda varied. My aims include increased fitness for footy finals, to do the City-Bay run in under 55 minutes (12km) and to be ready to at least be competitive in my first race at some stage in October. I don't know if I'm asking too much or overstepping the mark, but I've noticed that there seem to be a lot of very knowledgeable and experienced people on the forum and was hoping someone might be willing to have a look over my plan for me?

I would just post it up but I've done it in excel and havent got a clue how to put it on here without it looking like a dogs breakfast. :oops: So if anyone's willing to have a look let me know and I'll email it on.

I'd be happy to have a look at it, but all I can really give you is advice to be taken with a grain of salt as I am by no means a qualified coach.
