Re: leaving bike in trainerI dpubt it. Does it have a lever so you can release the pressure of the roller? That would be the only thing I'd be worried about. But even that would make stuff all difference I think.

Another +1 = +3 one of the tacx techs on the tacx forum saying to release the roller after a session, otherwise it can distort the tyre. my blog Nick Cowie, member of Peel District Cycling Club
