What is AL?

Postby Jean » Thu Jan 21, 2010 7:28 pm

Hi,

My wife's been given a rather generic cycling fitness plan by a training group she's been doing some work with. Part of its schedule is "AL 30 mins". I have no idea what 'AL' is - can anyone help?

Cheers

Cool - can I borrow someone's legs that don't have a broken toe? :)
I ride, therefore I am.

Alternate legs = single leg drills?
