Soft Drink - Sugar - Rapid Absorption.

Salt = Sodium, replace your salts you lost during sweat.

Nutrition guidelines for an athlete are completely different to a normal person..

Sometimes you might not be able to eat a nutritious meal straight after training for whatever reason and its important to get something down within the 30 minute window, Products such as endura optimizer have it all in one and it works as a great post training drink to kickstart that crucial recovery endurance athletes need.
