Postby daveywastaken » Fri Nov 05, 2010 7:30 pm

im in the market for some sort of trainer. rain is scheduled for the next week in sydney and really want to up my training. ive read a few threads, still a little indecisive etc...

trainer vs roller? i am aware of the benefits of rollers with technique etc but can u get ur heart rate up there and smash urself?

only looking to spend around $200 atm so mayb ill get a set of rollers atm and do an emotion conversion. spend more money on a trainer later.

this is on special atm

They're the same rollers from the looks. I have the Torpedo7 rollers and am very happy. :)

You won't have any trouble getting your heart rate up, as you are only limited by the size of the gear you can push.
I don't suffer fools easily and so long as you have done your best, you should have no regrets.
