Wind Trainer Workouts Post Ride

Anybody do a short session on the trainer post ride - especially long ride to finish the legs off and hold a consistent power at a selected cadence?

Have been told that doing Z3/Z4 Efforts at a high cadence following a long ride can do great things for you in terms of increasing power and muscular endurance..

Well any extra riding benefits you I guess. I don't see why doing this on a wind trainer specifically would help?
