Hi,

Has anyone got this or read some of the pages - Cycling-Inform's Complete Guide to Home Training?

Any recommendations for it or any other indoor cycle/trainer workout/session books or websites?

I have no power meter so I am working off HR based training.

Cheers,
Steve
