Presume that I have done this on a segment somewhere, no easy way to find it. Damn you free training comparison website and the fact that only 5/28ths of my training history is gps based.jasonc wrote:so this happened this morning

if you export all your data from your correct comparison website and import it into strava, it'll tell you how many you've done (if the gps is on)

Pretty happy with that, considering on the way there I managed 33km in an hour.
Disappointed not to dip into the 7's but I reckon its within reach.

use the mt coot-tha back segment:
https://www.strava.com/segments/615163
the santos segment is a little bit shorter.

OK I need to find 8 seconds for that segment, but to keep it consistent i'll stick to the one thats closer to the 7's.

I think i've done it twice when I first moved to Brisbane. Good climb but the roads to it are a bit busy so dont really ever head to S/SE Brisbane.jasonc wrote:Just in between your ears. However, I managed to shave 21 seconds of my PR which now sits at 9:48. I know there is a significantly better time in me but for now I have to be content with being 47/1384 in the heavyweight division.

They do! And they were busy booking cars and motorbikes when we went past.
* I'm a newbie - this is the 3rd Coot-tha ride that I've done with them.

I ride there with Lifecycle. As I said, I've only done the Tuesday Coot-tha with them three times, but I've been doing some of their other rides for nearly a year.jasonc wrote:I do know at least one cycle group that does coot-tha on a Tuesday evening
I'm really bad at going up hills, so I decided that there is only one way to get better!
