Got in your way? You need to learn to descend on the correct side of the road in that case! :P

the group I ride with does them on wednesday.
I got there early and did a couple before they go there. we did one together (helping one guy get a PR), went across the top, then I went to work. 2 of my mates gave the front (up) a thrash and are both are on the front page

Also, 2 bodies were found in a car

However am really posting to say - if you were the guy in the Valley Avanti strip this morning, well done mate, you were flying! 8)
Hey Geoff, think that might have been me!

Wasn't exactly flying, but my fastest for the year. Looks like you've brought your time down some more since. Good work...

Hey Brent, yes I reckon it was you. Good ride...I felt like a bit of a doofus getting in your way on the last bit only to start going really slowly across the top (cos I was knackered) while you powered on.

Tried to go again this morning but got boxed in behind a couple of cyclists by a passing car, so that stuffed that one up. Got maybe two or three more attempts in me before I go to England for Christmas (and I fully expect to return about 3 minutes slower, bring on the beer and Christmas food).

I know the knackered feeling at the top of Cootha only too well. Impressed by your enthusiastic push to lower your times.

Thanks man. Went up this morning for the last time before I leave, shaved another few seconds off, not much but a nice way to end the year for me. Bring on the beer and Christmas food bonanza!
