Just reading up on Stress Scores, I've been using a Quarq and Cheetah for several months under a coach and haven't really looked at stress scores until recently and how to look at STS and LTS interesting way to know when your going to be "on form".

It's neat little too to look at past results to see how deep you can go and where that cut off point is
