VO2max calculator

The Age has a story about a VO2max calculator based on a few simple questions. I'm curious about how accurate it really is for anyone who does know their actual VO2max.

I'm quite happy (if somewhat disbelieving!) to have scored a VO2max of 54 and an fitness age of 26 when I'm 44 year old weekend cyclist.

Phil Liggett, TdF 2011, Alpe-d'Huez: "I reckon tonight in hindsight he may have won the Tour de France tomorrow."
