I'm at 152km max at present and to be honest, it wasn't as hard as the 130Km'er I did last week for the Strava Gran Fondo challenge - the wind (blardy swirling/gusting headwind) and, to a lesser extent, rain, played a BIG part in the shorter ride being quite tiresome...lol.
Keep it up mate.
I'm much more aware about taking one good break now that I am able to travel further.
Seems somewhere between the 50 and 60 km I ride into a barrier.
After a stop, food and a stretch, I get a second wind.
Funny how a shorter ride can be more difficult than a longer one Macca and those into the wind sections are character building!!
