Is there such a thing?
I use a wahoo ELEMNT Bolt with speed, cadence and heart rate monitor while on the rollers. I'm usually watching CX race replays or various road stage replays when working out....while keeping an eye on speed etc. A clock is helpful to keep time between small blocks of faster or slower periods but I was hoping there would be something to take it up a notch.
I'm not in the market for a new trainer either. Perhaps there's a series of training vids that prompt you to go harder or slower that I've not found.
Any advice or tips would be useful.
Chris
