:lol: ...I quite often finish doubled over the bars.Sometimes I warm down,sometimes I don't.But then I am not a very good example :oops: .
But I am also a big fan of the ice bath...10 minutes in that after a ride leaves me feeling refreshed and does seem to help with DOM's.
But my problem is now that I realise my "DOM's feeling" never left even when I wasn't riding...ie:3 weeks of the bike and my legs still felt trashed!.
