I have very high arches and my feet roll out when I run... as a result I go through running shoes at a rate of knots. This is obvioulsy transfered to my cycling, but rather than wearing out my shoes I am finding it hard to get truly comfortable especially over longer distances.
I'm thinking of seeing a podiatrist to see what can be done with orthodics etc, however finding one that has experience with cyclists and has the equipment to allow proper analysis is proving difficult. I have found one that has done some work with cyclists biut I need to provide my own trainer (which I don't have)... I was thinking a specialist that has all the equipment would be more likely to be experienced.
Has anyone had experience with this in Adelaide and can recommend a good podiatrist that has everything they need and I just need to bring my bike and shoes ?
