Re: Cycling Stretches What works for youBecause of incorrect bike fit, I developed pain in the tendons at the knee end of the right biceps femoris. If I stretch my hamstrings before a ride and spend some time out of the saddle, the pain doesn't develop.

Re: Cycling Stretches What works for youI always do an ITB stretch before getting into the main part of my ride; it's usually injured when you suddenly increase your intensity or duration of exercise, which can happen without you even knowing.
