Just wondering if anyone else has exprienced cramps in toes a couple of minutes after a ride, and what may remedy this.
Any advice for toe cramps?

Any advice for toe cramps?Hi all,

Re: Any advice for toe cramps?I sometimes get toe cramps as well, not just in cycling. But not often enough for me to go looking for solutions.
One thing i have noticed is when i started riding with cleats, I "clenched"/made rigid my feet (toes included). This kind of coincided with my first series of toe cramp for a while. I do not know if I am meant to do this with my feet or not. When I notice I am doing it, I make a concise effort to relax my toes.
Re: Any advice for toe cramps?Cheers Andrew, I'll limit riding in my high heels to special occasions Seriously though, have done a few rides since the first post using clipless pedals and shoes which seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for the replies.
