I always have this sharp pain on my upper back 20-30 mins. into my ride
and it stays all the way until i stop or have a rest.

could be tension, wrong bike fit, may need to relax. Who knows maybe a massage is needed. Depends how long you have been riding, my crystal ball is not clear on this yet.

Been riding for 2 yrs but not consistent. I've never really adjusted the bike since I bought it second hand
coz it felt right but then a cm. here, cm. there could make a big difference.
I've got no problem about relaxing on the saddle so i'm off to get a proper bike fitting.
