I've had a bad back for a while. I've just started getting massages and I feel so much better. I'll be doing 20 minutes a week from now on. I think that is $20 very well spent.

My masseuse charges about $75 an hour but at least I can claim some of it on MBF.

My masseur is at 189 kent st sydney and I can claim on my health fund.
