I do like the thought of taking up a martial art - always been interested in that. But alas, I struggle to find time to fit my rides in let alone a whole new activity. I've been keeping up with my "program" pretty diligently, give or take the occasional few days off. I have noticed a real improvement in my arms/lower abs/hip flexors but I would still like to develop my shoulders, upper abs and upper chest more. I have been doing the routine of 3 sets of chin-ups, leg raises, and pushups - surely there is something I can implement into that program to target the other muscles too. Will have a good look through some of the posted links and see what I can find, but if anyone's had and success with anything in particular I'd love to hear it!
