i iced my knee a bit too much with a bag of frozen berries and had a nice berry patch mark on my knee for a few days when do we stop for coffee???
Re: Frost Bite!It is pretty much gone now...just was a bit surprised to pull up the pack and find such a solid lump of flesh...problem being the psoas muscle is so deep that you can really ice it.
