Stick to Group A supplements, train hard, train often and rest and eat well. Beetroot juice is probably easier if you wanted to try that. It's not cheap though. I would steer clear of all the marketed pills and powders with big claims. They are often contaminated with prohibited substances.

Wise comments Alex!
Too many out there are seeking that cheap and quick fix based on a solitary report. It's potential snake oil until verified by the scientific body.

Surprise Creo is on there. I didnt use it for sprinting stuff but used it for weight lifting found I put on about 6kg of water weight (lost it when I stopped loading it) with no gains to my lifts thought it was pretty useless, must work better in sprint events.
As Alex said steer clear of the pre packaged marketed stuff unless you know exactly what is in it.

I like it. Simple and effective. Nothing beats hard work.

I wouldnt use them for cycling, e.g. Jack3d etc. You dont want a pump going on when your trying to ride. lol
If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

Have used jack3d for gym sessions when doing weights but it is not a good supplement to use for cardio work as it gives you the jitters and keeps your heart rate right up which does not give you the chance for any recovery while you ride. If you use it you ll find you'll hit the wall after 30-45 minutes of taking it if not before Have not used it anymore as it made me sick and felt like I was on anabolics Stay away from the commercial stuff and keep it natural, beetroot sound like a much better option

Anyone seen where you can buy Beet-It ?
Im not sure i would use it for training, maybe our big bunch ride/race on saturdays, but id be very keen to try it out in races im planning on doing next year.
Ive tried woolies, coles, local health food stores. Even sent the distribution company an email and had nothing.
