Has anyone read the blue wiggles book

Postby frodo » Sun Apr 01, 2012 8:50 pm

Hi everyone
I just finished reading Anthony Fields book " How I got my wiggle back"

Yes he is blue wiggle. However I have never read such a logical book. He doesn't push that he is the answer to everything. His life's journey is surprising.
So lets talk about how it affect's us as cyclist's. He talks about the affect of his involvement with chiropractor Dr Stoxten and the human spring
I all seems so logical. As we get older we loose our " spring". That is the foundation of our structure gets compromised. It is a fascinating read and one I am going to try and change. It really is logic.
Can't go into detail here
But seriously read book

ps I am not in anyway affiliated with him. Just truly has been an enlightening book

I even know a couple of chiropractors that say that it is a quack (the old style stuff that is).

Its not the old style stuff I'm all that concerned about. It's the idiots that are manipulating the spines of infants to cure colic, ezcema and jaundice that piss me off.

That is the old style stuff (a crack of the back will fix anything) the new style is much more physio like but with a focus on the the spine.
