Hey all -
I have found that I tend to get a cramp in the arch of my foot at times when cycling, and sometimes it becomes pins and needles.
My shoes fit well also.
Does it sound like bad technique, bad setup or just overtightened shoes?

Re: Foot cramps, some pins and needles. Can be a combo of all! Try a process of elimination by starting with you shoes. Loosen them off a bit when you go out next and work back from there.
Foo I don't suffer fools easily and so long as you have done your best, you should have no regrets.

Re: Foot cramps, some pins and needles. If you are getting pain in the arch of the foot the most likely cause IMHO is repetitive strain to the Plantar Fascia which is a fibrous band that runs from the heel to the base of the toes.
Therefore the cleat setup could be contributing to the problem, and it would be worth checking the cleat position on the shoes to ensure it lines up correctly with the centre of the joint where the toes connect to the foot.
