Good to hear your getting to the bottom of it. Keep on top of your stats and above all don't let it get you down. - sometimes it can take a bit of time to find the balance of exertion and medication but it can be done.

Thanks, I hope so. I'm not really sure how long it takes for the extra Alvesco will take to work, but will keep my eyes on it. My GP mentioned adding a tablet for exercise induced asthma to be the next step.
My GP also rides with the same group I sometimes ride with on Saturdays, in fact there are 3 of them who ride. At least I will be safe
