Re: Coffee : Who'd Have Thunk It ?There you go..........so according to that research my ten cups of coffee each day are actually helping me to get through my various physical chores, and maintaining my bike riding performance.
But then looking at my bike riding performances I may have to up that to fifteen cups a day.

just dump the sugar and milk that goes with most people's coffee. Keep flexing, spinning, rolling, coasting, pushing, pulling, drafting, sprinting, time trialling, touring, climbing, descending, hot dogging, crit-ing, racing, weaving, dodging, dropping, tanking, chasing... but most of all - just keep f'ing riding!
