Feeling sick wearing knicks?

Wondering if I was feeling sick because I don't wear bibs when I ride... felt REALLY nasty several hours after breakfast a couple times lately, and I don't think it was pushing a gear too big either. :|

Maybe I'm just wanting to spend a bunch of money LMAO

Good excuse :-).

I tried bib knicks for the first time yesterday and OMGosh what a difference. It's not like my other knicks are super tight but not having the waist elastic is so comfy.

I did a cruisey 70+ km road ride which was risky for knicks I hadn't worn before but no issues with chafing :-). $20 from Torpedo 7. Great stuff. I didn't need a bio stop, still not sure how I'll work that bit out.

A tight waist band will do that to you, but it is by no means the only thing that will. I've had it when running in compression tights. I do find bibs to be more comfortable. they're worth the price of admission for that reason alone...

More than likely diet rather than clothing.

They're worth it also when you jump out of the saddle to sprint and then jam your butt backwards onto the seat, all the while pedalling like a mad man. Any hang in the crotchal region will catch on the nose of the seat and it's horribly uncomfortable and not easy to correct, especially on a track bike. Bib knocks keep things up where they should be.

Bio stop - pull the front down and hang little Lance over the top.

Do it, Xplora ... I lost a bit of Fredness and gained a lot of comfort.

A bio stop with thermal longs is a bit interesting ... to be practical you really have to take your jersey off and pull your shoulder straps down!

A few options

a. elastic is too tight around your stomach
b. you ate too much
c. you ate the wrong foods
d. you needed to poop but there wasn't enough fibre intake to make that happen...

You'd hate for the zipper to become just even that little bit bare on the inside, would tear you to threads.

Then of course is the way the pro cyclists take care of that problem while racing.

+ an apology because LA is asked the question at the very end of the video, and I have no way of deleting that bit out
