Body Pump for cyclists

Postby solomon_kazza » Mon Jul 07, 2014 1:31 pm

Hi folks

My husband and I just joined Fitness First. I don't have a core/strength program so have been doing SXT/TRX classes which have been good. I am also eyeing off Body Pump classes, to have a little bit of high rep weights in my program.

What are people's throughs of Body Pump for cyclists?

Thank you!

Hi Solomon and welcome,

That's a rather open ended question

It depends a lot on what your goals and objectives are, could you tell us what you are trying to achieve

Cheers Mike
