Oaks Trail

Just a question for any Sydneysiders who have done the Oaks Trail. I heard a rumour the other day that a single track trail runs from Glenbrook all the way to Emu Plains. I've searched but can't find any mention of this trail.

Would anyone know of it's existance?

There's quite a few ways down to Emu Plains on the northern side of the highway. Ranging from the very sedate old zigzag railway line to a few more challenging routes in the area of Elizabeth and Marges Lookouts.
