Fun in the wet...

Postby astro » Sun Jun 14, 2009 5:26 pm

Hey y'all,
Took the MTB along the river in Adelaide today! What a blast. Was pooring and took about 5 mins for me to be absolutely drenched!
Good good fun.

There is a point to my post. I have simply taken a soft cloth to it and dried all parts that I could reach. Is that enough? Should I do anything special? It was soaked... The bike that is...

Cheers,

Give the chain a gears at nice treatment of Rock and Roll or whatever your fav lube system is and you'll be golden.
If the cylnders of your shocks and forks are dirty, give them an gentle wipe - away from the direction of the seals with a nice clean cloth.
Thanks heaps.
